You can give your photos a "tag", which is like a keyword or category label. Tags help users find photos which have something in common. For example, "annular" would be a helpful tag for a clinician who has a patient with an annular lesion and wants a differential diagnosis (they would search for "annular" and be presented with appropriate photos).  Another example, "deposition" might help an instructor prepare a lecture on deposition diseases.
